We support injured workers to learn the essential skills they need to live, work and job seek in the 21st century, from Microsoft Office and email, to reading, workplace maths and more.

Job Hunter
We provide practical assistance to achieve paid employment. Beneficents' key features of the Job Hunter program is an Employer Training Incentive (ETI), catering to both employers & participants and the Re-employment Incentive Scheme for Employers (RISE).

Helping Hand
Helping Hand is a life enriching program driven by you and what you identify as your needs and is completely voluntary. Choose from six life enriching options which can be modified throughout the program.

Thrive | Life & Career Coaching Program
A personal transformation program that educates participants about the impact of trauma, develops core emotional intelligence skills and improves an individual’s resilience, stress management skills and overall well-being.

Blossom | A Family Enriching Program
Blossom is a Family Coaching program for adults which is aimed at helping families manage the traumatic changes that occur when a family member experiences a workplace injury.

Counselling & Support Services
Counselling Support Services are individualised counselling sessions to assist to gain insight into emotional and behavioural issues, manage effects of trauma, and achieve personal, social and vocational development

Career Switching
A service designed to assist an injured worker make the 'switch' to a new employer and/or a new career. This coaching service assists an injured worker through their life barriers, determine a new career direction and put in place the steps to achieve their new career goal.
