But we need to be careful because…FEAR can be a liar - our emotional brain tells us lies to keep us safe - our emotional brain tries to prevent us from doing something new or different in order to keep us in our comfort zone.
Problem is - we cant progress by staying completely comfortable - learn to take the small safe steps we need to, in order to achieve our goals, take small steps so you don't spark off your emotional brains response - work with a career coach to help you work out a map to define the small steps and and achieve your goals!
