Too many people think confidence is about being perfect, and never getting it wrong! In fact, we learn more through our failures than our successes. We aren't just born being super confident - we can learn to be more confident.
Picking ourselves up from adversity is certainly not easy - sometimes we need to be coached to remind ourselves of our power to learn and achieve - its amazing what we are capable of when we allow ourselves to try!
