Finding it Difficult...

Finding it difficult to get colleagues and/or family to articulate how they are feeling? - and become clearly conscious of their rising emotions?

This is a simple process to engage with - especially for young people - enabling them to monitor how they are feeling by becoming more self aware of what they are feeling.

Coaching people to recognise unhelpful feelings so they can make the necessary adjustments and aim for the Green Zone most of the time can significantly reduce their daily 'stress' and improve their quality of life.
